Fix knowledge sync delays
Most sync delays are caused by credential expiry, scope changes in the source system, or rate limits during large backfills.
Quick checks
- Open Settings → Integrations and confirm the connector status is healthy.
- Re-authenticate if the token expired.
- Review recent admin changes in Confluence, SharePoint, or your CRM.
If a backfill is running, large tenants may take up to an hour to fully catch up. Contact AptEdge support if delays persist beyond the stated window.
