Integrations are managed from Settings → Integrations. AptEdge uses read-only connectors first so you can validate indexing before enabling write-back actions.

Before you connect

• Confirm you have admin access to the source system.
• Decide which queues, products, or spaces should be in scope for the pilot.
• Prepare a service account if your IT team requires one.

Verify the sync

After connection, open the integration health panel. A healthy connector shows recent sync time, indexed object counts, and no permission warnings.
